Apartment Stöckl 2

80 m² | for 2-6 people | second floor | kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, balcony, garden, parking space

from 140 to 162 € for 2 people

In the period from 07.06 to 20.06.2025 and 05.07 to 05.09.2025 we charge a minimum occupancy of 4 people.

 

Apartment Stöckl 3

64 m² | for 2-6 people | first floor | eat-in kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, balcony, garden, parking space

from 130 to 152 € for 2 people

In the period from 07.06 to 20.06.2025 and 05.07 to 05.09.2025 we charge a minimum occupancy of 4 people.

 

The rates are per apartment and day for 2 people without breakfast, inclusive of final cleaning and VAT.

For each additional person we charge 13-35 € / day – depending on age and season.

A surcharge of 10% - 30% applies for short stays of less than 4 nights.

Breakfast: 21 € per person, children under 14 years 13 €.

The Visitor's tax of 2,50 € per person and night is not included in the room rate (from 14 years).

Our price includes the South Tyrol Guest Pass: our advantage card for you!

Holidays in South Tyrol: simply without a car!

With the South Tyrol Guest Pass you can use all public transport (bus, train, cable cars) in South Tyrol free of charge.

With our advantage card and our central location in the village of Girlan you can, if you wish, enjoy your holiday without a car!

GTC

Payment: We prefer cash payments and advance payment by bank transfer. We do not accept credit cards and EC cards.

Arrival and departure: On the day of arrival the apartments are at your disposal from 4 pm. Please vacate the apartments by 9.30 am on the day of departure.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.

Booking: Please note that your booking is confirmed upon payment of deposit of confirmation and the sending of booking confirmation.

Cancellation policy: You have no right to withdraw under the terms of the consumer protection act. We will however grant a right of withdrawal based on the following cancellation policies in concordance with art. 1382 of the Civil Code:
Cancellations are free of charge up to 3 months prior to the agreed date of arrival.
For cancellations from 3 months to 3 weeks before arrival we keep the deposit, if the flat can no be reoccupied for this period.
In case of cancellation within the last 3 weeks before arrival we charge 70% of the booking price.
In case of non-appearance of the guest or late arrival or early departure, we charge the entire booking price.

In the event of cancellation or transfer of the deposit, we reserve the right to retain a processing fee of 45 €.

Travel cancellation insurance: We recommend our Roter Hahn Travel Cancellation Insurance in order to save and prevent costs. Through our special arrangement with the Red Rooster, you can use this service for special conditions.

Data Protection: In accordance with Law No. 196/2003 we would like to inform you that your data will only be used and stored for the processing of this application and will not be given to third parties or distributed. Regarding data processing, your rights are set out in Article 7 of Law No. 196/2003. Rights owner is Lorenz Birgl.
